As the Founder and CEO of Spatial Experience, he has brought key developments into the student housing / PBSA and coliving / PBSL scene. He is also one of the Co-Founders of Coliving Ventures, the venture managed behind Coliving Insights, Coliving Conference and Coliving Awards.

Murray Clark is the visionary behind Neighbourgood, a next generation and socially conscious property business that uplifts entrepreneurs and communities globally. Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, Murray is driven by a deep passion for people and community and on a mission to bring good to Neighbourgoods all over the world. Over his 15-year career, he has developed a R500-million property portfolio spanning across Cape Town, California, and soon New York. Using his expertise in planning, development and asset management, Murray along with his incredible team knows what it takes to breathe new life into spaces, creating sustainable communities that make working and living better.

Benjamin Röber-Rathay serves as Director of Business Development and spokesperson at International Campus Group, where he oversees HAVENS LIVING and THE FIZZ, two leading alternate living and PBSA concepts designed for students and professionals in Central Europe.With a strong background in management, media, communication and business development, he has driven strategic business growth, marketing and sales as well as international collaborations for over a decade now.Benjamin holds an MBA in Media Management and a Master’s in Communication, Political Science, and Sociology.
