Responsibilities

  • Ability to succeed in a startup environmentAbility to work as a team and collaborate across multiple functions
  • Lead and develop the sales team as a co-head of the Growth department together with the Head of Marketing
  • Help to achieve our occupancy and revenue goals
  • Oversee and improve the (pre-sales) User Experience to grow our brand
  • Represent POHA House with prospecting clients and strategic partners and present the brand in the best possible way
  • Oversee our B2B and B2C Sales and ensure we hit our Growth KPI’s across all of our locations including short-stay, residential and co-working spaces

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Extensive experience in B2B Sales
  • Great people and networking skills
  • A strong sense for (pre-sales) User Experience and customer focus implementing your technical and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet potential business clients, conduct viewings and attend networking events
  • Experience in Hubspot (Sales & Marketing Professional) or similar CRM is beneficial
  • Experience in sales, reservations, distribution or similar in the hospitality industry is beneficial
  • Experience working with OTA (Online Travel Agencies such as Booking, Airbnb etc.) is beneficial
  • Creative Problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
  • Passion for Co-spaces and our mission
  • Extremely good organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to succeed in a startup environment
  • Ability to work as a team and collaborate across multiple functions
