Responsibilities

  • You are the face and first point of contact for everyone who is interested in living and/or working in one of our POHA Houses
  • You will take care of the rental process and support prospective customers at all our active locations from the first contact to the signing of the contract
  • Proactive advertising for POHA to interested customers via telephone, email, WhatsApp and video call
  • Supporting our Head of Sales in B2B sales
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and community teams to convert qualified inquiries into active tenancies

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Enthusiasm for sales and hospitality – ideally you already have some professional experience in sales or real estate
  • Confident appearance and very good communication skills
  • Customer-friendliness and service mentality
  • organizational talent
  • Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Resilience and the ability to succeed in a startup environment
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and the talent to get things done
