• Manage Properties: Oversee the technical and operational aspects of our properties, consult with Resident Managers (RMs), and resolve any issues that arise.
• Plan and Execute: Prepare accurate Refurb & Capex Plans, collaborate with service providers, and implement sustainability strategies.
• Optimize Costs: Negotiate utility and service contracts, and execute strategies to achieve cost goals.
• Ensure Quality: Develop and implement Quality Management measures, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with RMs, Head of Operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in operations, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Skills: Project management, customer relationship management, technical management of multi-tenant properties.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
• Attributes: High precision, data affinity, process improvement mindset, and excellent judgment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, PMS, and CRS.
• Languages: German (C2), English (C2/C1), additional languages are a plus.
