Vann first became interested in coliving in his early 20s, after actively searching for, and moving into an incredible community of 25 six-bed properties. Intrigued by how the manager utilised tenant autonomy and systematisation to allow him to both manage it alone from over an hour away, and create an incredible tenant experience, he began exploring whether experience-focussed software can enable other operators to create great homes whilst minimising the management effort. After building and exiting two startups to multinational companies, Vann founded COHO, a property management system with this goal in mind.
