Lauren is the Co-Founder and COO of Whoomies, the French shared-accomodation platform dedicated to students and young professionals. She graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a Master’s degree in Finance & Wealth Management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Paris Assas University. Previously to Whoomies, she worked for 3 years as a Private Banker at Natixis Wealth Management where she was co-managing a €300M+ investment-portfolio. In 2017, after having a hard time in finding both compatible roommates and a place to live in, she decided along with Alexandre Assal to quit her job at Natixis Wealth Management to launch Whoomies. Passionate about new technologies and their impact on old-fashioned industries like real estate, Lauren and Alex decided to build an easy to use and innovative platform which aims to one day help millions of people get the most out of their coliving experience.
