Jon grew up in Palo Alto, where his family established a cohousing home with Stanford students to help make ends meet. He graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s in Managerial Economics and spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield. He completed over 3mm square feet of commercial real estate transactions worth $1B in aggregate value over his career.
