Frédéric Verdavaine joined the Nexity group in September 2014 as Deputy Managing Director of Real Estate Services to Individuals, of which he became Deputy CEO in June 2015; he was then made Deputy Managing Director in charge of Nexity’s Individual Clients and Chairman of Nexity’s Real Estate Services to Individuals business, followed by Deputy CEO in charge of Nexity’s Individual Clients starting in March 2018. Frédéric Verdavaine has served as Chairman and CEO of the Serviced Residences division since July 2020.
