Chris is the co-founder and former CEO of Ollie, an early pioneer of asset-light coliving in the US. Through his current platform, Positivity Advisors, Chris provides advisory services to institutional investors and developers seeking to establish captive coliving operating companies of their own. In this capacity, he is also the co-founder of a London-based coliving platform launching in 2021. In these roles, Chris has helped to evolve the coliving category while building an extensive track record of optimising institutional scale multifamily assets through design-led densification, innovative tech-infused property management and brandable consumer-driven segmentation focused on hospitality services and community engagement.
