Chris is the Investment Director for the Folk Co-Living, a DTZ Investors managed investment fund that invests in and manages purpose-built coliving properties in London on behalf of institutional investors. To date the fund has developed three large-scale coliving assets across London providing over 800 studios, which are all fully operational and managed under DTZ Investors Folk brand. Chris has worked for DTZ Investors for over 18 years and played a key role in the launch of the Fund in 2019 and the creation of the FOLK operating brand. He is currently focussed on growing the number of Fund investments whilst also having asset management oversight of the existing portfolio.
